Among the seven universal emotions, anxieties and fear are the strongest blocking points in personal development. Usually, anxieties strongly connect with limiting beliefs of the form “I believe, I can’t do …”. This kind of belief determines our actions and behaviors unconsciously. Making it conscious opens a new dimension of possibilities regarding productivity at the workplace and in dealing with any kind of worrying situations conveniently.

The identification of limiting beliefs in daily situations and how to overcome limiting beliefs is a crucial element for the success and development of potential. Imagine, a limiting belief is “I believe I can’t do public speaking.” What would it be like to overcome this limiting belief?

Fear is not a disease. We create the physiological, psychological, and emotional state of being anxious when we behave in an apprehensive manner, such as being worried, fretful, and/or concerned. Worry is an example of apprehensive behavior because we allow our mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles. Worry is imagining the future in its worst-case terms. In other words, imagining that a future situation or circumstance has the potential to cause us, or someone or something we care about, harm.
