The identification of limiting beliefs in daily situations and how to overcome limiting beliefs is a crucial element for the success and development of potential. Imagine, a limiting belief is “I believe I can’t do public speaking.” What would it be like to overcome this limiting belief?

Worry is an example of apprehensive behavior because we allow our mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles. Worry is imagining the future in its worst-case terms. In other words, imagining that a future situation or circumstance has the potential to cause us, or someone or something we care about, harm.
